  • How quickly do you ship order out?
    We roast and ship orders within 24 to 48 hours Monday through Saturday. Orders placed Saturday through Sunday will be processed on Monday.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    For all Roasted items, free shipping is offered within the 48 contiguous United States. Additionally, free shipping is available for Unroasted items priced at $45 or more
  • What is your returns policy?
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Roastika Coffee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return for a full refund (minus shipping and handling) If your coffee arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.We strive to provide the best possible customer service and will do our best to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your Roastika Coffee experience.

Some individuals might be sensitive to the dust or oils present on the beans. Quality Assurance: We source our green coffee from trusted suppliers who adhere to strict safety standards. This ensures you receive a high-quality product. In Case of Spillage: In the rare event of a spillage, carefully clean up the area following basic cleanup procedures.
