Shipping Information
At Roastika Coffee, we offer free shipping across the 48 contiguous United States for all roasted items, while Unroasted items qualify for free shipping on orders $45 +. Your coffee is packed carefully to keep it fresh during shipping. We do our best to get your order out the door and on its way the business day after you place it.
You'll receive an email with tracking information after we've packed and processed your order. Your tracking link might take up to 48 hours to start working. Expect a 3 - 5 business day delivery once it's shipped from our facility and processed by the carrier. Sometimes, orders arrive earlier than the timeframe mentioned
Please note that shipping speeds depend on carrier transit times and don't include processing and handling times. In case of order delays, we'll send you an email either to confirm your shipping details or to notify you if an item you purchased has unexpectedly gone out of stock.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Roastika Coffee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). Please include your original order ID in the return shipment. Once a return shipment has been received, inspected, and approved, we will contact you via email and issue a full refund for the returned items minus any discounts, promotional codes, or coupons used at the time of purchase.
If your coffee arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund. We strive to provide the best possible customer service and will do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your Roastika Coffee experience.
